The Supply Chain Coordinator – Level II supports end-to-end supply chain planning activities by utilizing statistical analysis, planning systems, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory levels and align supply plans with demand plans. This role is responsible for monitoring supply chain performance, improving inventory accuracy, supporting supplier performance, and driving supply chain stability while ensuring customer requirements and business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management
- Perform supply and demand analysis to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities across a 12-month planning horizon.
- Support the development and execution of disaggregated demand, supply, and inventory plans aligned with customer and business requirements.
- Monitor abnormal demand patterns, inventory fluctuations, and supply schedule signals, taking corrective action where required.
- Maintain and optimize planning parameters including min/max inventory levels, reorder points, tracking signals, and segmentation settings.
- Execute planning simulations and analyze impacts to key performance indicators (KPIs), providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce excess and obsolete inventory while maintaining service levels.
- Improve customer fill rates and reduce backorders through effective planning and coordination.
Supplier & Materials Management
- Support material planning and procurement activities for local suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and past dues, and work collaboratively with suppliers to drive improvements.
- Ensure timely material availability to support operational and customer requirements.
- Utilize Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to support efficient material flow and inventory optimization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze and interpret supply chain KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Prepare executive and operational reports using planning tools, Excel, and Power BI.
- Leverage materials planning systems and analytical tools to support root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Follow Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to quality procedures, standard work, and process documentation requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, process efficiency, and material flow.
- Support operational excellence through process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Experience
- Requires relevant work experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, procurement, logistics, or related functions.
- Intermediate level knowledge gained through professional experience, training, or on-the-job development.
- Experience working with suppliers, inventory management, and demand/supply planning preferred.
- Prior experience using ERP or materials planning systems is advantageous.
- Experience managing or coordinating a team of 5–6 members is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent experience required.
- Additional education in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
