We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for our USA Auto Parts process. The candidate must have prior experience working on a USA geo call process and should be comfortable handling US customers, order updates, junkyard/vendor coordination, and CRM follow-ups.
This role is best suited for someone who has already worked in a US customer support, order management, logistics, or auto parts process and understands how to professionally handle customers over calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
- Assist customers with order updates, delivery status, tracking, and general support
- Coordinate with junkyards, suppliers, and vendors for part availability and order status
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payment updates, delivery issues, and complaints
- Maintain proper customer notes and order updates in CRM
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate internally with sales, dispatch, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, junkyards, and the company
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional call quality
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in USA customer service / call process
- Prior experience handling US customers over calls
- Good understanding of customer service, order handling, and follow-ups
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working in night shift / US business hours
- Experience using CRM, dialers, emails, and order management tools
- Must be confident, polite, patient, and solution-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure, angry customers, and delivery/order-related issues
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in USA auto parts process
- Experience dealing with junkyards, salvage yards, used engines, used transmissions, or automotive orders
- Knowledge of order tracking, freight, delivery coordination, and vendor follow-ups
- Experience in both customer service and backend order coordination
