Role:
As a Lead Data Scientist at NoBroker.com, you will play a pivotal role in advancing ConvoZen.AI. You will lead a team of data scientists and work closely with our engineering team to develop and enhance our conversational AI capabilities.This position requires a deep understanding of modern NLP , LLMs, and machine learning techniques. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Conversational AI Models: Architect, build, and refine NLP and LLM models to enhance
- ConvoZen.AI's capabilities, using modern frameworks.
- Advanced LLM Fine-Tuning: Lead efforts in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to improve their performance on specific tasks, leveraging techniques like transfer learning and domain adaptation.
- Deployment and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of NLP models in production environments, ensuring they perform reliably and efficiently. Utilize advanced deployment tools and best practices.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions align with business objectives.
- End-to-End AI System Development: Oversee the full development cycle of AI systems, from ETL processes to production deployment, with a focus on conversational AI.
- Develop Consumer and Enterprise Applications: Lead the development of applications for speech and language models that serve both consumer and enterprise needs, leveraging ConvoZen.AI.
- Model Maintenance and Enhancement: Drive the validation, monitoring, and maintenance of existing ML models and heuristic algorithms in production.
- ML Lifecycle Management: Manage the ML lifecycle from experimentation and analysis to modeling and productionizing relevant workloads.
- Strategic Project Planning and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute high-impact projects focused on both research and development, with an emphasis on conversational AI.
- Infrastructure Development: Enhance our ML infrastructure, ensuring robust support for training and inference stages.
- Automation and Smart Solutions: Partner with multiple teams to develop automation engines and smart solutions, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in sales and operations.
- IT Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to robust IT security practices, including data protection, encryption standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Engineering background with strong mathematical and programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning.
- Proven track record in Analytics, Machine Learning, and Computer Sciences.
- Extensive experience in building and deploying large-scale ML models, particularly in NLP , ASR, & Computer
Vision.
- Deep understanding and passion for NLP , LLMs, and conversational AI technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, databases, and Linux environments.
- Expertise in modern ML frameworks and tools like PyTorch, vLLM, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to communicate results effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
