Position: CNC Maintenance Engineer

CTC: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & interview)

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Engineer responsible for preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of CNC machines such as VMC, HMC, CNC Turning Centers, and related shop-floor equipment. The candidate should have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with FANUC/Siemens/Mitsubishi controllers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Troubleshoot servo drives, spindle drives, motors, sensors, PLCs, and CNC controllers.
- Maintain machine accuracy, alignment, lubrication, and coolant systems.
- Attend machine alarms and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production for quick machine restoration.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare-part inventory.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines, if required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience:
- 5–8 years in CNC machine maintenance.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
