Role Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective learners in choosing the right educational programs based on their career aspirations and professional goals. This is a consultative sales role that combines relationship-building, career guidance, and enrollment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with 80–100 prospective learners daily through calls and virtual consultations.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career objectives, and upskilling requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses and learning pathways aligned with their goals.
- Provide detailed information about programs, curriculum, outcomes, and career benefits.
- Drive enrollments by effectively counseling and nurturing prospects.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups through CRM tools.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the admission journey.
Who Can Apply?
