Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in hospital or healthcare management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.
