We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated professional to serve our clients in the Tembhurni region.
Position Summary
- Job Title: Mechanical Service Engineer
- Location: Tembhurni (Field-based / On-site service)

Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Supervise and execute the proper installation and testing of Kirloskar diesel engines and generating sets at client sites.
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults, performing both breakdown maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Customer Support: Visit client sites promptly to address technical complaints, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high customer satisfaction under the Kirloskar Care banner.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to workplace safety standards, performing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all field services.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documents after every site visit.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering also we prefer ITI Diesel mechanical
- Experience: 0 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in servicing diesel engines, DG sets, or heavy industrial machinery (experience with Kirloskar products is a major plus).
- Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical systems, fuel systems, and basic electrical faults in engines. Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills to interact with clients, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Travel: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and be willing to travel locally across the Tembhurni area for field service.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
