We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Attend client meetings and understand property requirements
- Present residential/commercial projects to prospective buyers
- Conduct site visits and property tours
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain client database and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong sales skills may apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of local property market
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
