Position: Sr. Executive – Stores & Purchase
Location: Kutch, Gujarat
CTC Offered: Approx. Rs. 6.00 Lacs P.A.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in SAP
Qualification: Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Material Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Purchase & Store activities
- Preparation of RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal).
- Comparative Statement (CS) preparation and analysis.
- Vendor identification, vendor selection, negotiation and development.
- Purchase Order (PO) preparation and follow-up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Coordination with internal departments for material planning and procurement.
- Monitoring and reducing PR to PO cycle time.
- Knowledge of MIGO entries in SAP.
- Knowledge of Return to Vendor procedure and documentation.
- Inventory coordination and material tracking.
- Maintaining proper purchase and stores records/documentation.
- Ensuring timely availability of materials for smooth plant operations.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of SAP MM module.
- Strong understanding of Purchase and Store procedures.
- Knowledge of procurement documentation and vendor management.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
