Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Compliance Executive who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
The role reports directly to the Factory Manager and the Founder, offering the opportunity to work on critical quality initiatives and contribute directly to the company’s growth. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, and is eager to build and improve systems rather than simply follow them.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, and documentation.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the factory.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout production and packing operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, equipment, production processes, and food handlers.
- Drive hygiene compliance and ensure corrective actions are implemented wherever required.
- Conduct training programs for employees on GMP, hygiene, SOPs, and quality practices.
- Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and ERP entries.
- Support internal audits, regulatory compliance activities, CAPA implementation, and root cause analysis.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to strengthen quality systems.
- Work closely with Production, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Factory Operations to ensure consistent quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP, food safety practices, documentation, and quality systems.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a systematic approach to work.
- Good communication and training skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
