Sales Consultant — Remote, Full-time
We don't chase leads. We build relationships that turn into revenue. As a Sales Consultant at Zapify, you own the full cycle — from the first cold message to the signed agreement. Every prospect you bring in is a business you've helped grow.
What you'll actually do:
Own the end-to-end sales process. Prospect and research target businesses, reach out via email, calls, and LinkedIn with personalised value-first messaging. Run discovery calls that uncover real pain points. Build tailored proposals. Handle objections. Close deals. Keep your pipeline clean in the CRM — religiously. You'll work closely with the Director on strategic accounts, and hand off every closed client to the delivery team with a full brief. You're measured by revenue, not activity.

You're the front door of the business. Every client we work with starts with you. You decide who we work with, how we position ourselves, and what relationships are worth investing in. There's no ceiling — the more you close, the more you earn, and the more ownership you take.
Who we want:
You've done sales before — ideally selling agency or marketing services. You're comfortable with cold outreach and rejection doesn't phase you. You're organised, you live in your CRM, and you follow up relentlessly. You're easygoing and fun to work with, but sharp and professional when it counts. You take full ownership of your pipeline and your outcomes.
