Required Skills, Responsibilities and Duties
Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
Designing & preparing itineraries for outbound, Domestic & International Market as well.
Handling international & Domestic bookings & documentation.
Correspondence dealing with transporters handling agents.
Processing bookings by coordinating with the team and agents.
International Destination Knowledge needed like Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea,Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam etc.
Should have experience in travel company.
Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls and taking regular follow- up.
Self-motivated, resourceful
Should be a quick learner.
Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
Work collaboratively with team members, such as the marketing team, to develop effective marketing strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
