Quality Control:
Ensure fabrics and garments meet established quality standards through regular inspections and testing.
Defect Identification and Resolution:
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to identify and resolve defects, implementing corrective actions.
Preventive Measures:
Implement measures to prevent recurring quality issues and ensure consistent product quality.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Establishing and enforcing quality control processes: Setting standards and procedures to ensure garments meet quality requirements.
Conducting inspections and tests: Regularly inspecting garments at various stages of production to identify and address any quality issues.
Maintaining quality standards: Ensuring that all garments meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Addressing quality issues: Identifying and resolving quality problems promptly and effectively.
Implementing corrective actions: Taking steps to prevent future quality issues.
100% defect free goods should transfer to proceeding departments (Yarn, Knitting, Fabric Stores, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing)
On-time completion of Quality Audit
Audit offered cut panels/garments in each department are audit on a Bi-Hourly basis
Re-inspection offered pieces in each department should audit in half and hour time
Comments for improvement are given to production departments on a bi-hourly basis.
Personal and environmental safety
Supervising and motivating production staff:
Providing guidance, training, and support to production team members.
Evaluating employee performance:
Assessing employee performance and providing feedback to improve skills and productivity.
Ensuring safety and health standards:
Implementing and enforcing safety and health procedures in the workplace.
Maintaining accurate records:
Keeping track of production data, quality control results, and other relevant information.
