Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition (Most Important)
- Generate new Demat & trading accounts
- Target:
- Retail clients
- HNI (High Net Worth Individuals)
2. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve:
- Monthly / quarterly brokerage targets
- Increase:
- Trading volume
- Client activity
- Cross-sell:
- Equity, F&O, mutual funds, IPOs
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
4. Product Pitching & Advisory
- Explain and sell:
- Equity trading
- Derivatives (F&O)
- Mutual funds, IPOs
- Suggest suitable investment options
5. Must have strong stock market knowledge
5. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Create leads through:
- Campaigns
- Referrals
- Digital channels
- Convert leads into active traders
7. Channel & Partner Development
- Recruit and manage:
- Sub-brokers / franchise / agents
- Increase business through partner network
8. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure:
- KYC completion
- SEBI compliance
- Maintain proper client records
9. Market Awareness
- Stay updated on:
- Stock market trends
- Competitor offers
- Use insights to improve sales
Skills Required
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of stock market
- Communication & convincing ability
- Leadership (for team roles)
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Typically 2-3 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial sales.
- Prior experience in handling a branch or team is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
