Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Build relationships with builders, developers, industries, corporate clients, and government organizations.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and website content.
- Create marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and company profiles.
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify and track government tenders and private business opportunities.
- Manage CRM and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Performance Incentives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development (AEC industry preferred).
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,935.22 per month
