About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Campus Manager to oversee the overall performance and operations of our campus. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in educational management, business operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving campus growth, ensuring operational excellence, enhancing the student experience, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the campus.
- Drive admissions, revenue growth, and overall campus performance.
- Oversee academics, student services, administration, and facility management.
- Manage campus budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead academic and administrative teams.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Support placement initiatives and strengthen employer relationships.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in campus management, educational institutions, training centers, or the EdTech sector.
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, business development, and P&L ownership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
