We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team at ABS enterprises. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database.
- Explain our products and services clearly to generate interest.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the Senior Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and with a focus on problem-solving.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service preferred (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection with a smile.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, English.
