Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive software tester with 2–3 years of experience who is interested in transitioning into project coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual software testing, defect tracking, client communication, and project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
Software Testing Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify bug fixes.
- Prepare testing reports and quality assurance documentation.
- Ensure software products meet business and quality requirements.
Project Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate with developers, designers, clients, and management teams.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and task tracking.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), project reports, and status updates.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in writing test cases, bug reporting, and test documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience working in an IT services or software development company.
- Knowledge of Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology will be an advantage.
- Candidates interested in building a career in project coordination will be preferred.
