Scalex IT Solutions is looking for a talented and creative Creative Designer with strong expertise in 3D modelling, animation, rendering, product visualization, and graphic design in Kochi.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with 3DS Max and a strong understanding of visual storytelling, creative concepts, composition, lighting, materials, and animation. The candidate should also be comfortable working with various graphic design and video-editing tools to create high-quality digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models, animations, renders, product visuals, and creative concepts using 3DS Max.
- Create realistic and visually appealing 3D product visualizations, environments, assets, and scenes.
- Develop 3D animations, motion graphics, promotional videos, and visual presentations.
- Create creative concepts and translate ideas, briefs, and requirements into compelling visual designs.
- Design social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, banners, brochures, and digital assets.
- Work on product visualization, architectural/interior visualization, promotional content, and interactive visual experiences as required.
- Use appropriate lighting, textures, materials, camera composition, and rendering techniques to produce professional-quality outputs.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and animations for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX, development, marketing, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, 3D technologies, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills3D Design & Visualization
- 3DS Max – Excellent proficiency is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation
- Experience creating realistic product models and visualizations
- Good understanding of composition, perspective, materials, and visual aesthetics
Graphic Design
Strong working knowledge of tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects – added advantage
- Other relevant graphic design and creative tools
Additional Skills – Advantage
- Experience with Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or similar tools
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video production
- Experience with AI-based creative/design tools
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital design principles
- Knowledge of current generative AI tools for image, video, and 3D content creation
Candidate Profile
- 4–5+ years of professional experience in Creative Design, 3D Design, 3D Visualization, Animation, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop original visual concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently develop concepts.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modelling, renders, animations, product visuals, and graphic design work is required.
- Candidates who are passionate about 3D, animation, visual storytelling, and emerging creative technologies are preferred.
