We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can handle packaging design, branding, marketing creatives, AI-generated content, and print-ready artwork. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, the ability to think independently, and experience creating both digital and print materials.
This is not just an execution role—we need someone who can contribute ideas, solve design problems, and make creative decisions without requiring constant supervision.
Required SkillsDesign Software
Must have strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop (Must)
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW (Must)
- Canva
Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Print Design
- Design product packaging, labels, boxes, pouches, and other packaging materials.
- Create print-ready artwork files for production.
- Prepare files according to printing standards (CMYK, bleed, dielines, color separation, etc.).
- Coordinate packaging layouts and ensure artwork accuracy.
- Modify and update existing packaging designs when required.
Branding & Marketing Creatives
- Design banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, and promotional materials.
- Create social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Design Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, Storefront banners, and advertising creatives.
- Develop visually appealing brand assets and marketing materials.
AI Content Creation
- Generate AI images using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Leonardo AI, etc.
- Create AI-based reels and short-form video content.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and creative output.
- Write effective prompts for image and video generation.
Creative Strategy & Decision Making
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Suggest creative concepts and improvements proactively.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
