Job Brief:
We are looking for a customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and assisting in the conversion of leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams to support deal closures.
- Maintain customer and sales activity records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes and lead management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
