About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to RapidSkill's growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Connect with students, professionals, colleges, and potential clients.
- Promote RapidSkill training programs, internships, and career services.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Conduct presentations, career counseling sessions, and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
