As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of tasks to assist them with their needs and enhance their experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone (inbound & outbound), emails, chats, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
Order Management:
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
