Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, active, and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Maintain purchase, sales, cash, bank, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other taxation-related work.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support payroll-related accounting and other finance activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Experience in the Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- GST, TDS & Taxation.
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- MS Excel & MS Office.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Documentation & Record Keeping.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
