*We are looking for an experienced *Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer* to deliver an instructor-led training program covering the complete Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem.

MB-280 – Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
AB-210 – Microsoft Sales
MB-230 – Microsoft Customer Service
AB-250 – Dynamics 365 Contact Center
MB-240 – Microsoft Field Service*Program Details:*
Duration: 15 Days (8 Hours/Day)

*Ideal Trainer Profile:*
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
Expertise across Customer Insights, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center & Field Service
Experience delivering enterprise corporate training
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Model-driven Apps) will be an added advantage
Microsoft certifications preferred If you have delivered similar corporate programs, we'd love to connect.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per day
