Expansion Project Manager (New Outlets)
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end execution of new outlet setup from site finalization to launch.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage outlet projects end-to-end
● Coordinate with architects and vendors
● Oversee civil, plumbing, MEP, and kitchen setup
● Monitor budgets and timelines
● Review drawings and execution
● Ensure timely launch
● Review and sign off on all project drawings, including 3D layouts, interiors, kitchen layouts, MEP drawings, and other technical documents, ensuring compliance with operational and brand standards.
Requirements
● Civil Engineering background
● Minimum 5+ years of experience
● Experience in retail/F&B setup preferred
● Strong understanding of drawings and costing
● Knowledge of CAD and MEP
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
