1.Able to write Test scenarios & test case 2.Able to do the Test case execution 3.Analysis of requirement document and design test cases according to requirement document 4.Understanding in Motor claim(cashless & Reimbersement) exp should be 3-4 years minimum 6.creation of daily status report 7. Good communication & confidence 8.Able to guide junior team meber with motor claim process 9. Able to connect with Dev, BA & client for requirement dicussion, bug triage, status update 10. able to be logged defect & take follow up with stakeholders 11. Good knowledge of STLC process & defect life cycle 12. able to connect with dev team for defect triage
