Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in construction materials testing, quality control, or laboratory testing.
- Fresh Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting laboratory and field tests on construction materials.
- Perform tests on soil, aggregates, concrete, bitumen, asphalt, and other construction materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, IS, BS EN, or project specifications.
- Collect material samples from project sites and prepare them for laboratory testing.
- Record and maintain accurate test results, reports, and laboratory documentation.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly quality control reports.
- Ensure testing equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and maintained.
- Report any non-conforming test results or material defects to the Senior Test Engineer
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction materials testing and quality control.
- Understanding of civil engineering materials such as concrete, aggregates, soil, asphalt, and bitumen.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in both laboratory and field environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
