Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
- Coordinate personal errands and administrative tasks.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Assist with event planning and special projects.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers when needed.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
