Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot problems, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot operating system, email, and application-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets and inventory records.
- Configure and support network devices such as routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and system updates.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
