Job Description
We are hiring experienced Loan Processor / Telecalling Executives to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and process loan applications from start to finish. Candidates must have prior experience in banking, NBFCs, DSA, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers and explain loan products.
- Generate and qualify leads for various loan products.
- Handle end-to-end loan processing and documentation.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application status.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan approvals.
- Ensure timely loan disbursement.
- Maintain customer records and MIS reports.
- Achieve monthly targets while providing excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory in loan processing or loan telecalling.
- Experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Vehicle Loan, or Mortgage products will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
