Urgent and Immediate Requirement: Project Manager – Data Center Cabling Design & Implementation

Are you ready to take charge of cutting-edge Data Center projects ...? As a Project Manager, you'll drive the design, planning, and execution of industry-leading Data Center cabling project in India. Your mission: ensure seamless delivery from concept to completion with a dedicated site team.
Hyper Scale Data center with multiple Colo managing, TELECOM PROJECT Manager - Immediate need: STP, UTP (Cat 6, CAT6a), Fiber Optics ( SM, MM), mostly MPO & Outdoor OSP and CEI .WAP/Phone/EPMS/BAS Cabling understanding.
Cablofil Basket, Secure Containment and Fiber Runner Installation.Understaing of NDT Sheet and Production and Facility Network design to guide Team and implement as per design. Our primary markets are: Hyder Scale DATA Centers, GPU Project.
In Peak time able to work extended hours as per customer demand.
Responsibilities and Duties
Project Review / Initiation: Oversee end-to-end delivery of Data Center cabling projects, from design, specifications to integration meetings, technical query resolution, team planning, deployment, and execution, ensuring adherence to global standards.
Project Planning: Strategically plan projects with meticulous resource allocation and forecasting. Develop and execute procurement strategies to align with project timelines and requirements for optimal efficiency as per timelines.
Project Execution: Lead telecom cabling projects from planning to delivery, collaborating with clients, EPCMs, consultants, and other agencies to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency. Inspire a diverse team including Integration Managers, Project Supervisors, HSE specialists, Safety officers, Quality controllers, Planners, and BIM Modellers to deliver superior cabling installations.
Project Monitoring: Manage financial aspects, job forecasting, and project monitoring. Provide regular updates and reports to Project Heads and Directors. Conduct site meetings to track progress and resolve issues. Ensure accurate financial forecasts and comprehensive Operation & Maintenance documentation.
Health & Safety: Oversee Health & Safety processes, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Working Procedures. Ensure compliance during project execution.

Proven expertise in managing multiple Data Center cabling projects simultaneously.
Strong financial acumen and track record in project planning, monitoring, and control.

Demonstrated problem analysis/ resolution skills, ability to troubleshoot, solve problems quickly & completely.

Strong experience in administering the Site operations.
Familiarity with network layout and cabling.
Capability to meet tight deadlines and deliver projects on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
In-depth knowledge of Data Center cabling standards and infrastructure, including structured cabling systems, fibre optics.
Experience with IT infrastructure in Data Center core cabling, secure containment, and associated systems.
Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, PMCs, consultants, and team members.
Analyzing the Design and Preparing the Red Mark, Drawings with Coordination of BIM Team.
Cross Verify of BOQ by Evaluating the Design.
Monitor and supervise all Site solutions, document all power and space schematics and ensure accuracy in same.
Perform installation and ensure effective layout of all tools in cabling industry as per industry practices.
Monitor all data center activities and Plan of Execution.
Coordinate with Multiple stakeholder including GC/Consultant /Customer and EPCM and resource engineers and ensure effective completion of all installation.
Oversaw capacity planning, understanding of NDT, power audits, and ensure appropriate supply of power to all equipment.
Planning of Arranging the Tools and Material as per the Site Requirement.
Involving in the Media management, handling the access systems of the Site.
Monitoring an inventory of all incoming and outgoing materials and updating of store inventory, closing the SM calls on priority basis.
Participate in DR drills conducted on various server hosted in the DR.
Maintain standards of service levels at all times, ensure response with timeframe and manage all available services.
Completion of MIR and RIC.
Coordination of Billing Process.

Experience: Minimum 7-12 years in Data Center cabling and infrastructure projects, especially in Greenfield environments.
Budget: Upto INR 1,50,000 (Monthly) Preferred Language: Telugu, Hindi & English.
