Event & Wedding Designer
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Event & Wedding Designer who can transform ideas, themes, and spaces into memorable visual experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, spatial planning, colour, materials, styling, décor, and visual storytelling, with the ability to take an event or wedding from an initial concept through to final execution.
Candidates with a background or strong interest in Interior Design or Architecture will be a major plus, especially those who understand scale, proportions, layouts, materials, and how people interact with spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, themes, mood boards, colour palettes, and overall visual directions for weddings, social events, celebrations, and special events.
- Design event spaces including stages, mandaps, backdrops, entrances, installations, photo areas, lounges, tablescapes, signage, props, floral concepts, and décor elements.
- Create wedding design concepts for functions such as engagements, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and intimate celebrations.
- Translate client briefs into practical and visually compelling designs.
- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, sketches, presentations, and 3D visualisations/renders where required.
- Understand event spaces and plan designs according to dimensions, scale, guest movement, functionality, and overall experience.
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, décor, lighting, florals, fabrication techniques, and current wedding and event design trends.
- Coordinate with production teams, fabricators, vendors, florists, lighting teams, and other partners to ensure the design is executed accurately.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assist with installation and on-ground styling.
- Ensure the final event maintains the intended design language and quality from concept to execution.
- Work simultaneously across multiple projects while meeting timelines and budgets.

- Ability to think creatively while also considering real-world execution and fabrication.
- Good understanding of colour, composition, scale, proportion, materials, florals, lighting, and spatial design.
- Strong visualisation and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative event environment.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be involved both in the studio and on-site during event execution.
Skills & Software
Experience with some of the following would be preferred:
AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion / Enscape Photoshop Illustrator Canva or similar design and visualisation tools
Education / Background
Candidates from Event Design, Wedding Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, Exhibition Design, Set Design, or related creative fields are encouraged to apply.
Interior Design or Architecture experience is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
