Project Planning scheduling coordination & Review.
Develop detailed project execution plans in line with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Define work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and site teams to finalize execution strategy.
Coordinate and proper communicated with engineers, project managers, and production teams for drawing clarifications.
Participate in design reviews and make necessary updates as per feedback.Manufacturing clearance requirement as per client site.
Material ,Vendor ,Site / Production Support
Support purchase team with technical drawing inputs required for procurement.
Validate vendor drawings for conformity to design specifications.
Visit sites or production areas (when needed) for dimensional checks or layout validations.Provide clarification and guidance to fabrication or installation teams.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Conduct regular site reviews and issue resolution to minimize delays.
Track project progress against defined milestones and report to senior management.
Prepare weekly/monthly project reports on cost, time, risk, and resources.Flag critical issues early and implement corrective actions as required.
Ensure execution within approved budgets;control cost escalations.
Client & Consultant Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders during the execution phase.Attend project meetings, site inspections as and when required, and client reviews.Ensure timely communication, approvals, and resolution of client concerns.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with design, estimation, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.Coordinate with the finance team for billing, invoicing, and collection support.Know-how and understanding of electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics of busduct, panels, ventilation, earthing grounding, Lightening Arrester, HT/LT Equipment, Cabling and cable trays based on specifications provided by engineers and project managers.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and optionally SolidWorks or similar software.
Good understanding of mechanical/electrical components, symbols, and drafting standards.Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and technical drawings.Experience in the site measurement is a must Detail-oriented with strong documentation and version control skills.Proactive and responsible, with a strong understanding of their duties.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
