Job Summary
Nile Water is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Palakkad. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate water purifier installation and service requests, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and service requests professionally
- Coordinate with installation and service technicians for customer appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding water purifier installation and maintenance services
- Maintain customer records and service schedules
- Explain product and service details to customers
- Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required
- Support sales and service teams with customer communication
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and polite service
- Maintain daily reports and update customer databases
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Degree qualification
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Customer handling or telecalling experience is an advantage
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
