As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications you create are aligned with the overall business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations that enhance the functionality and efficiency of the applications being developed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
- Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies.
- Experience with application development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies.

- This position is based at our Noida office.
