Job Summary: Medca Health Care Pvt Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our home healthcare team in Bangalore. You will provide essential daily support and medical assistance to patients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature) as per the care plan.
- Administer prescribed medications on time and maintain accurate health charts.
- Assist with mobility, transfers (bed to wheelchair), and light physical exercises.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: 10th/12th pass; GNM or B.Sc Nursing is a plus but not mandatory for assistant roles.
- Experience: 0–2 years in home care or hospital settings (Freshers with a service mindset are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent communication in local languages/English and a patient-centric attitude.
- Other: Must be willing to work flexible shifts (12-hour or 24-hour options)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
