Job Title : 3D VISUALIZER
Location : YMR Junction, Nanthencode Trivandrum
Qualification :Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
Exp : Minimum 1–3 years of experience in architectural or construction visualization.
Key Responsibilities
1.Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and architectural walkthroughs.
2.Develop interior and exterior visualizations from architectural drawings and design concepts.
3.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
4.Modify and update 3D models based on client and project team feedback.
Required Skills
1.Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or Blender.
2.Experience with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion.
3.Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
4.Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction detailing
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
