We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can independently handle the US market, engage decision-makers, and build strong business relationships through a consultative approach.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate qualified B2B leads in the US market
- Engage with US insurance agencies, brokers, and decision-makers
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements
- Schedule meetings and demos with interested prospects
- Prepare lead summaries and handover details accurately
- Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly & quarterly lead targets
- Support junior BD executives when required
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 – 3+ years of B2B Business Development / Lead Generation
- Proven exposure to the US market (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Experience in outsourcing / services / IT / insurance is a plus
- Comfortable with Zoom, email outreach, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 /month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹1.5 lakh
