We’re Hiring | Office Leasing Manager
Brickfolio is looking for an experienced Office Leasing Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team.
Locations: Pune | MMR | Hyderabad | Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and acquire office leasing mandates from developers, landlords, corporates, and IPCs.
- Build relationships with MNCs, GCCs, startups, corporate occupiers, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable office space solutions.
- Manage site visits, negotiations, commercial discussions, and transaction closures.
- Work on Built-to-Suit (BTS) requirements and alternate asset opportunities such as schools, hospitals, and data centres.
- Track market trends, available inventory, rentals, and leasing opportunities.
- Achieve assigned leasing revenue and transaction targets.
Desired Profile:
- 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Office Leasing.
- Strong network with corporates, developers, landlords, IPCs, and brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Experience with Grade A office spaces and commercial leasing transactions is preferred.
