Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our on-site operations. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality execution and smooth project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor ongoing work
- Ensure high standards of quality in brick cladding work
- Identify and minimize material wastage
- Handle on-site issues and provide practical solutions
- Coordinate with workers and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain basic reports on site progress and challenges
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of construction/site work (civil background preferred)
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workers and communicate effectively
- Responsible and proactive attitude
- Prior site experience will be an advantage
