We are looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated Pre-Primary / Primary Teachers to join our institution in Nedumangad, Trivandrum. The candidate should be capable of handling students from Class 1 to Class 4 and creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in teaching young children.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle classes for students from Class 1 to Class 4 effectively
- Prepare daily lesson plans and classroom activities
- Teach subjects according to the curriculum and academic schedule
- Maintain discipline and classroom management
- Conduct interactive and activity-based learning sessions
- Monitor student progress and academic performance
- Assist students in improving communication and learning skills
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and classroom materials
- Support extracurricular and school activities when required
- Communicate student progress with parents when necessary
- Maintain attendance and classroom records properly
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and participation among students
- Ensure a safe, caring, and child-friendly classroom environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree / TTC / Montessori Training / Relevant Qualification
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic classroom handling skills preferred
- Passion for teaching and child development
- Positive attitude and patience with children
