Position : Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales
Job Role Summary
The role focuses on driving co-working space sales through broker/channel management, lead generation, and client conversion. It involves building strong relationships with real estate brokers, managing the complete sales pipeline, coordinating site visits, and closing deals while ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The position also requires market intelligence gathering and cross-functional coordination with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth and occupancy targets through effective sales execution and strategic planning.
- Manage end-to-end client servicing, ensuring strong understanding of client industries and requirements.
- Drive renewals and retention through relationship management and continuous engagement with clients.
- Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Identify sales challenges and coordinate with senior leadership by leveraging MIS and internal data insights.
- Analyze market response and prepare accurate forecasts for revenue, inventory utilization, and seat planning.
- Optimize inventory management and support cash flow analysis for effective deal structuring.
- Ensure timely closure of deals by coordinating between clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Build, manage, and strengthen broker and channel partner relationships across the region.
- Organize broker meetings and engagement initiatives to enhance network productivity and performance.
- Maintain and update broker databases, tracking leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
- Develop alternative sales channels including online platforms, investors, and referral networks.
- Ensure smooth internal coordination across departments for timely execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate MIS reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Support pricing strategy, brokerage structuring, and deal optimization for better closures and margins.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and improve brand positioning.
- Drive market intelligence activities including competitor analysis, pricing trends, and demand insights.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for forecasting, target setting, and strategic decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate, coworking, commercial leasing, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Proven experience in regional sales or revenue leadership roles
- Strong understanding of broker networks, channel sales, and corporate client acquisition
- Experience in MIS tools, CRM systems, and sales reporting dashboards
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and occupancy targets
Job Location : Mumbai (BKC)
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
