Key Responsibilities:1. Design & Project Management
- Create functional, aesthetic, and client-focused interior designs for residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces.
- Develop space plans, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
- Supervise the implementation of designs from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Prepare BOQs, drawings, and layouts as per project requirements.
2. Client Interaction & Sales
- Meet potential clients, understand their design needs, and offer creative solutions aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Present design proposals and close deals for custom furniture and full interior solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, and designers for repeat and referral business.
3. Team & Process Coordination
- Guide junior designers in layout planning, design development, and presentation techniques.
- Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and track progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in interior design, space planning, and project execution.
- Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Proven ability to manage clients and close high-value sales.
- Creative mindset with practical knowledge of on-site challenges and detailing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
