Junior Quality Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in QA processes across multiple projects under senior guidance.
- Create and execute test cases and scenarios (primarily manual, with exposure to automation).
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with developers and senior QA analysts to resolve issues.
- Learn industry-standard QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Support regression testing and participate in test planning sessions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.
Skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques; exposure to automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tools/technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
- Knowledge of basic programming concepts is advantageous.
