Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oil & Gas / EPC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
- Close positions within defined TAT while maintaining quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche engineering roles.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / EPC hiring.
- Experience hiring Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Process, HSE, and Project professionals.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
