Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children, adolescents, and families to provide mental health support, conduct assessments, and implement evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents.
- Diagnose emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorders using standardized tools.
- Therapeutic Interventions:
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for clients.
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, play therapy, or family therapy.
- Monitor and document client progress regularly.
- Parental Guidance and Support:
- Provide counseling and support to parents regarding their child’s needs.
- Educate families on strategies to enhance child development and well-being.
- Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with therapists, educators, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Workshops and Training:
- Conduct workshops and awareness programs for parents, teachers, and caregivers.
- Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in psychology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid registration or licensure as a psychologist.
- Experience in working with children, adolescents, and families is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing and therapeutic techniques.
