We are looking for a Computer Operator for office work related to document creation and basic customer service support.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Creating invoices, shipping documents, labels, Excel sheets
✅ Preparing courier/shipping paperwork
✅ Handling customer messages on WhatsApp / Email / marketplace chat
✅ Updating order details and maintaining records
✅ Basic data entry and file management
✅ Coordinating with courier companies when required
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge
- MS Excel / Word knowledge
- Good typing speed
- Basic English reading & writing
- WhatsApp / email handling
- Responsible and honest attitude
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce / shipping documentation
- Experience with marketplaces (Amazon / Etsy / IndiaMART) (optional)
Working Hours:
10 AM – 7 PM (adjust as needed)
6 days working
