Little Fingers India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Vertical Head – Toys Division to lead and grow our Toys business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Toys vertical.
- Drive sales, business development, and market expansion.
- Develop product strategies and coordinate with sourcing and production teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and vendors.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the brand presence.
Eligibility:
- Relevant experience in the Toys industry is mandatory.
- Candidates from the same industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Salary: 5–8 LPA (based on experience)
