Back End Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage backend operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments.

- Receive calls from users, record their IT-related issues, assign the appropriate engineer, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Confirm that the engineer has obtained the user's signature on the service call report after resolving the issue.
- Verify with the user that the reported issue has been resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide administrative and operational support to multiple teams as required.
- Maintain, update, and manage databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and verification activities.
- Track and coordinate material deliveries with vendors and the dispatch team.
- Log and monitor service calls, customer requests, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate logistics, including material pickups, deliveries, and confirmation of successful completion.
- Compile, organize, and maintain documents and records systematically.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials and ensure dispatch to customers with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineers, Service, Accounts, and Admin) to streamline operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Assist with the installation of desktops, laptops, and printers (training will be provided).
- Prepare installation reports and obtain the customer's signature and company stamp for billing and payment follow-up purposes.
- Candidate should be living in Pune
- Candidate should be fluent in Marathi Language
